Great! How do I Join?
If you service clients from the San Francisco Bay Area and would like to become a Blossom Community Provider please follow the steps below:

Create a Blossom Account in Wellness Living.

Subscribe to our Community Providers Membership and pay the $170 annual subscription fee. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after one year from the date of purchase.

Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email with a link to set up your Directory Listing. Please fill it out with all the information to be displayed in your listing on our website. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact Blossom via email.
Your listing will be displayed as long as you have a paid subscription and will be automatically removed if the subscription is cancelled. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your new membership to be processed and your listing to appear on our website.
*Blossom reserves the right to terminate any Provider Listing at any time if Provider conduct does not align with Blossom's mission.
Instructors at Blossom receive a 25% discount in the annual fee. Non-profits may receive a 15% discount on the annual fee. Please contact blossom@blossombirthandfamily.org for coupon code.
Please note:
You need a Blossom account in Wellness Living to pay for the subscription fee and manage your annual payments. You will receive an automated courtesy message from us one month before your annual fee is due - please be sure to choose to subscribe to all our communications* when you create an account in order to receive these reminders and check your spam settings so you do not miss this message.
*This option will NOT subscribe you to Blossom’s newsletters (highly recommend subscribing to be notified of upcoming Provider Focused Events and Offerings).
If you decide to cancel your Membership, you are responsible for cancelling the automatic renewal in your Blossom Account. You will receive a courtesy email 30 days before your renewal is due. We are unable to process refunds after the payment has been made.
